About Augusta
Fitness saved my life. A little bit of a dramatic opening statement eh? But certainly the truth.
Since I was young I struggled with anxiety, autoimmune issues and depression. If it’s only taken you until 2020 to learn that life is tough - you’re one of the lucky ones.
Perhaps, Now, more than ever, our health is everything. Mental Health. Life is tough. Finding the strength to get put of bed in the morning. It’s a real battle. Fitness and nutrition- that’s where we can step into the arena and come face to face with what we CAN control. That’s where the magic happens.
I don’t have all the answers, nor will I ever claim to. But I am constantly pushing myself to learn the methods, mindsets and the tools to grow and push to become the best version of myself. And I think there’s no greater gift we can offer to our fellow humans than to help each other grow - in whatever way we can. And that’s what I’m here to do. Or at the very least- try :)
I am a personal trainer, Health coach and the founder of Nomadic Nutrition LLC - a USA hesrh foods company creating functional Heath and nutrition products for modern nomadic life. For the last 7 years I lived in Abu Dhabi where my time in the industry has led me to a vast array of experience.
Ranging from
Group fitness classes, mommy and me, youth fitness classes, one on one personal training,
I have been the private trainer for members of the Abu Dhabi Royal family, to offering mental coaching to youth who are in need.
Owned and operated my own gym and personal training sessions.
This is my calling. My vocation.
My job is to help and inspire as many people as I possibly can. I want to give you the tools for real transformation.
I’m not the best personal trainer for everyone - nor do I try to be. I want to help people who want real transformation, not an overnight fix. We will focus on body weight training, accountability and mindset will be common themes.
