About Thomas & Jeanne
We train seniors of all abilities in either small groups or individually. We also work with all ages of specialized issues such as obesity, stroke recovery, joint replacement, and early stage Parkinson's.As we work with several medical facilities, we can only accept afternoon or early evening appointments. We are the authors of the book "A Wellness Toolkit for our Unfortunate Sons (& Daughters)" on Amazon and featured through Life Extension.
We like seeing people get well. Thus far, our work has brought us into contact with many different people from many cultures.
BA University of Denver
Health related post grad with Harvard, McGill (Montreal) Karolinska Medical Institute (Stockholm) Wageningen University (Netherlands) A lifetime in wellness and fitness and over 15,000 group classes conducted.
