About Claire
We all get stuck in life and it is so valuable to have a fresh perspective with new tools and ideas to break our patterns. I find ways to reframe and reimagine whatever is in your wayto help you shift into a place of contentment and peace of mind.
Express your feelings without fear of judgement and know that you have been truly seen and heard. Let's stabilize your emotions, relieve your stress and work through your fears. Whatever it is, I've got you.
I use a combination of psychological, spiritual, experiential and other kinds of approaches to weave farmework of transformation that works for YOU. With a BA in psychology from one of the top schools in the country, to certifications in energy and spiritual work, plus being a coach and a minister, I believe in a balanced and nuanced approach and that healing IS available to any and all. Sometimes you just need a guide.
Let's have a chat.
I come from a dark and lonely history and have worked diligently for decades to build my way out, into a better place of calm and light. And it is truly my honor to pay that forward to others, knowing that change is possible.
I love that moment when you can provide light through the cracks - when someone's eyes brighten up - their jaw relaxes - their anxiety drops - you can just feel that shift - even on a Zoom call.
