About Wendy
Hello! Are you tired of living in the same rut? Do you need someone to inspire you to set goals and help form a plan to achieve them? Whether it's your career, parenting, relationship, health and wellness, stress management, or maybe you need the motivation to start that new hobby. I'm here to help encourage and provide you with tools to overcome your obstacles. I am passionate about helping people live the best life they possibly can. I cannot wait to work with you!
I enjoy interacting with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I love helping helping people set and achieve goals and find more positivity and personal growth in their lives.
I am a certified Life Coach, and also hold certificates in NLP, Reiki, Health and Wellness, Stress Management, Guided Meditation and Hypnosis.
I have also held managerial positions where I mentored several staff members regularly for year's before leaving the corporate world.
