About Dr michelle

Hi, I’m Dr. Michelle — a performance and connection-focused life coach with over 15 years of coaching experience and an extensive background in health and wellness. I hold a doctorate in psychology and specialize in helping people get out of their own heads so they can show up with more confidence, clarity, and consistency.

My work centers on one core belief: connection changes how we perform and how we live. When people feel grounded in themselves and connected to what matters, they make better decisions, handle pressure more effectively, and build stronger relationships.

I work with performers, competitors, and everyday high-achievers who want to:

• Build confidence and mental resilience

• Manage pressure and overthinking

• Strengthen focus and follow-through

• Feel more connected to themselves and others

• Show up as their best in meaningful moments

My coaching style is practical, supportive, and real-world focused. I don’t do surface-level motivation — we focus on awareness, habits, and mindset shifts that actually stick.

I was struggling with my own weight and food and had to find a different approach that could work long-term.

Certified food psychology coach, master neuro-linguistic practitioner, certified yoga teacher and personal trainer, masters in human behavior and completing PhD in psychology.

About the lesson

I have a proven 8-week program that students walk through step by step to stop overeating, emotional eating and binge eating to become guilt free eaters.

Students all over the world. Some who have struggled with weight and food their whole life others later in life.
