About Matt
I coach men and women who have the desire to start living a better and more authentic life. I have a biblical foundation and approach to my coaching. Ready?

How it works: We talk via phone, video or in person. I help you with insights and thought provoking questions, I challenge you, help you focus/narrow down on what your goal is, help with planning how to achieve that goal, and hold you accountable.
Helping others to live a better life, more aware, and more awake which allows them to make more conscious decisions that align with them and their aspirations.
It peaked my interest when the life coaching profession was introduced to me (I didn't know it even existed) by a friend. I started doing research on the profession and the schools that offered training for it. It sounded like the perfect opportunity to do something that I was passionate about, helping others. I have always been a leader in my work and family life. I enjoy helping others to develop, grow and succeed. After doing my reaserch, I finally decided on a program and dove right in!

Typically we would start with a complimentary discovery session to discuss the what, why, how and when in relation to the reasons you are seeking coaching. From there we decide if it's a good fit for us to both move forward. If so, I will send you Coaching Questionnaire. This will help you the articulate and clarifty your current state, what is most important to you in your life, and what you want your life to look like.
I mainly do sessions by phone/video chat. I also do in person sessions based on location and availability.
Sessions are flexible with times and duration and it often changes throughout the coaching process. For example, we might start by having a few 1 hour sessions once a week, and then eventually change to 30 minute sessions every other week as you progress.

Details
I currently only offer packages of 4hrs, 8hrs, and 12hrs. The price per hour breakdown is reduced the more hours you purchase. Session hours can be used in different increments, commonly 15, 30 or 60 minutes per session depending on the person and situation.
