About Angela
My interest in healing arts began due to severe PTSD. Struggling in the after math of open heart surgery, being hit by a car, 4 natural deliveries and a crash c-section, I needed a solution that would help me to function for my six kids. After reading "The Body Keeps Score" in 2015 I started yoga.
My healing journey has crossover between mind body and soul. Prior to yoga I had no mind body connection. I have come to understand my mind body connection is my life line to living and loving life. I want to share the knowledge I have gained during my life journey with you.
