About Marlu
I am the director of Lifehealthsoul Coaching Schools. As such, I have a listing of graduates that can support your particular needs, and student coaches who are ready to take on clients at a lower price. Our grads have majored and focused in many different areas; such as, finance, relationships, self-love, holistic health, spirituality, and career.

It is so rewarding to help people who have been struggling with limiting beliefs change their lifestyle and see how they flourish. People who struggle to advance in their career, start to see results and change their entire life. People in health coaching come off medicines, feel energized, enamored with a future they were uncertain they could have! It is truly life changing to eat right. We work online, one-on-one, via telephone, and group workshops. We also have online courses. What to expect? Weekly assignments, goal setting, and mindset modification. It all begins with a Free Discovery Call.

I have a mix in gender, race, and age in the Life/Soul Coaching sessions. Most of the career calls are gentlemen. Most of the Self-Love coaching I do is with females.
80% of my nutrition clients are female and mid-30s to early 60's wanting to change the way they feel, lose weight or repair damage from an illness. I have a high return rate of clients who return for budget advice, goal-setting or to have me teach their children after our health coaching sessions are done.
I also work with my daughter in family and relationship coaching workshops and online.

Details
After a Free Discovery Call, One Life Coaching Session is $120, but there are packages where you can save. Holistic Nutrition Consultations (learn to eat healthier, diabetic plans, cholesterol management, hypertension or heart conditions) $70. See below.
I charge for group Zumba $80 per 50-minute class. You get the group together and we create a Zumba Party! (It comes out to $5 per person if you have 16 participants)
