About Lindsay

Hello! My name is Lindsay and I live in South Florida. I graduated at the top of my class from Manhattan College in 2015. I have a B.A. in history, communication, and Spanish. In high school, I was editor of the yearbook and continued writing for the school newspaper in college.

I previously worked at a daycare with children up to 5 years old. They offered an after-school program, where I tutored elementary school students. I am a youth group leader and mentor to 11th-grade girls at my church and volunteer with the Child Rescue Coalition. After I tutored some of my 11th-grade students in history and English, I discovered I enjoyed watching them learn, improve and become more confident. I am passionate about protecting the youth and advancing the next generation.

More recently, I have worked in the corporate world but have continued to advance and expand my writing skills.

My background includes the following:

-Basic reading and writing skills

-Editing and grammar

-Research papers

-Essay writing

-Book reports

-Thesis papers

-Creative writing

-Test prep

For older students who may be looking to broaden their skills, I can offer help with the following:

-Proposal writing

-Press releases

-Blogging

-Speech writing

-Email communication

-News articles
