About Jeffrey
My name is Jeff Parra, I have been teaching and training in a variety of martial arts for the past 14 years. I have a masters in education in which I specialized in physical education. My goal is to help people get healthy in a safe and nurturing environment through martial arts. I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt (under Dave Dunn and Dean Lister), Jeet Kune do black belt, and a certified Muay Thai instructor. I provide personal training sessions in whatever style suits your needs! My family has been in the martial arts business for over 35 years.
