About Cheng
Hi, my name is Hu. I had Kung fu and Tai Chi experience In my lifetime, Kung fu for 10 years, and Tai Chi for about 10 years.I learned Tai Chi when I was in China, and it was a very traditional training way, it was boring and we will practice one same movement over and over again, don't give me wrong, the time you spend, worth it. but it was too long to build the skill, and I am not sure if I could teach the same way in here, I started teaching Tai Chi since 2015 in the U.S, the very first day of the class I told my clients, you learn Tai Chi with me, and I learn how to teach Tai Chi with you, after teaching this many years, I have got a lot of experience how to teach people, the most thing that continually encourages me to teach Tai Chi is the improvement from the clients, they become happier and much more enjoy it after they practice Tai Chi, their's body coordination and balance ability got so much better, and I enjoy to see that, I always told my clients I am not the instructor, I am the sharer, and I like to share my Tai Chi experience with all of you, because I do enjoy to see the good things start happening to everyone.
My whole life has been training Shaolin Kungfu and Tai Chi, and I know how much benefits I got from them, and I want to share my experiences with others, so I started to teach Tai Chi local since 2015 in the United States.
I have learned Traditional Tai Chi when i was lived in China, and I been teach Tai Chi in United States for 5 years.

Answer all the questions that students have, then ask them what benefits they are looking for from Taichi, this will help me to set up the class for them as they need it, then ask students what day and time will work for them, and tell them what they need to be prepare before the first class.

I have been teaching my Tai Chi class online since beginning of this year, and some of my students are far away from where I am living, as they are looking for a relax and empty mind, I always try the best to help them, I always feel accomplished after the class my students told me that they enjoyed the class, that what I enjoy to do.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask teachers what benefit you are looking for from Tai Chi, and tell teachers if you have any type of health condition that the teachers need to know of, such as knees pain, low back pain. and what platform you prefer to use. tell teachers if you have any experience of Tai Chi.
