About Adrienne

Dr. Adrienne Kadooka is a Certified Mental Wellness Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in executive functions, mental fitness, and relationships. With a focus on development rather than treatment, Dr. Kadooka does not work with or bill insurance for her services. If you would like to seek partial reimbursement from your insurance provider, you will be provided with a monthly Superbill to submit to them for out-of-network providers.

Dr. Kadooka offers a holistic, collaborative coaching approach to wellness and adaptive functioning. She uses a strength-based, developmental method to support and promote adaptive self-regulation, self-awareness, flexible responding, goal-directed behavior, and neurological cortical efficiency. This approach is intended to address issues related to executive functioning (including ADHD-related symptoms), anxiety/stress management, stage-of-life or life transitions, life skills and time management, work-life balance, parent/caregiver support, self-discovery explorations, and relationships with significant others. Clients can choose to engage in this process individually or with significant other(s), such as in partnerships, familial relationships, or coworkers/work groups.

In the context of relationship coaching, there is an emphasis on improving each member’s understanding of their relationship needs and concerns; developing the ability and skills to respond to each other in ways that create safety and encourage bonding; and creating shared goals to join together as a team in disrupting cycles of conflict.
