I had been training myself in the gym since high school, and held a black belt in Tae Kwon Do when I decided ot was time to start giving back.
20+ years of martial arts training and instruction. 10 years as a Nationally certified personal trainer.

Evaluation, flexibility, mobility and strength test.
I have instructed rooms with 30 people in them, as well as disabled persons. I prefer to instruct small groups or individuals, as the personal attention is what guarantees fast, safe results.
Don't commit right away. Take the time to get to know the personality and style of a trainer. Many people are inexperienced, and that can lead to injury and a fear of training altogether.
I like the Mu-Buddy events. Fun, challenging, & a great photo opp.
