About Sarah
I am a certified mindfulness meditation Instructor and an Advanced Reiki Practitioner servicing the South Florida area.
Helping others re connect to themselves through the breath. This practice has changed my life and assisting others to get there too is the best part of my work...
I have a bachelors degree in Psychology specializing in Child Development from Florida Atlantic University. Advanced Reiki Practitioner, Training through Reiki master using traditional Dr. Mikao Usui in original Japanese Reiki energy healing, and certified mindfulness instructor with Satya Worldwide.

It is important my students feel connected and safe. I take time when getting started to make sure that the connection and foundation are there. When it is, the mind is able to dive into deeper meditative states. My passion is teaching others how to utilized mindfulness breath techniques which have been scientifically proven to enhance focus, improve behavior, and increase empathy.
