About Niyama
Meditation has changed my own life in a significant way. The daily practice of meditation has not only made me a much balanced and joyful person, but has also opened up the door to inner clarity and wisdom. Higher dimensions of perceptions and informations can also be opened up through the practice of meditation.
I'm a certificacted meditation teacher. I was professionally trained and have taught meditation at three jewels enlightment studio at NYC. The style of meditation is rooted in the wisdoms and teachings of Tibetan Buddhism. I also have a background in classical yoga, continental philosophy, and psychoanalysis.
I have worked with people to reduce anxiety, stress and grief, and to improve clarity of mind and balance of emotion.
In Buddhism, one of the basic teachings is about, whatever you wish to have, you give it to others first. This is a practice that would change the basic negative patterns of your life, through the understanding of the principle of Karma (literally means "action" in English).
Everytime I offer something to someone else who is in need of it, it is the same as me offering that to myself. And seeing the joy, peace, or relief in another, makes me feel also the same energy within myself.
The generation and exchange of positive energies, and the process of going on an inward journey with others for deeper discoveries of oneself and the universe, have always been a worthwhile experience for me.
I was professionally trained as a certificated meditation teacher atThree Jewels Enlightenment Studio NYC. I then began to teach there for their outreach program.

Details
I give online sessions. Ususally takes about thirty minutes to an hour, depending on the need of the student on that particular day. And I charge for $20 as a baseline, and accept donations depending on the student.
