About Andrea
I want to inspire and guide people to lead a more self-conscious life. The regular practice of presence with the help of different meditation techniques brings joy and bliss in our everyday life

It was already during the yoga teachers training where I noticed a passion towards teaching meditation, I led every evening meditation sessions for our group. Afterwards I slowly implemented it to my patients too. I also regularly lead medical lectures about meditation and the health benefits of it like for example-reducing hypertension, lowering cholesterol, preventing heart attack and stroke, reducing craving, reducing pain, increasing the connection between mind and body and so leading to better health and life choices.
