About GAYLE
Gayle Frank was introduced to Meditation, Spiritual Response Therapy, and Reiki in 2015 after battling cancer. Gayle is a certified Spiritual Response Therapy Consultant since completing trainings in SRT Basic and SRT Advanced, and is also certified in First Degree Aroma Reiki and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki I and II, the system of healing through the transmission of spiritually guided life force energy.
Meditation is the practice of silencing the mind through a still and focused inner state. In meditation, the mind is clear, relaxed and focused inward – free from external thoughts and distractions. Gayle teaches others how to meditate so they can experience the benefits of meditation, including increased happiness, reduced anxiety, improved concentration and a strengthened mind-body-soul connection.
