* Mindfulness Meditation Teacher's Certificate Training 2 year training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
*6 month Facilitator Training with Deborah Eden Tull (current)
*Various other trainings over the past decade
*Decade long daily meditation practice
*Numerous 7 day silent retreats
*Graduate degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA.

After that there are many ways of working together which I would explain. After finding out more about the student's needs, I'd offer choices of what I think would be best for the student.

My fees are dependent on how we work together- The length of time of each session, how many sessions we believe there will be, virtual or in person. I am happy to work with people on a sliding scale if they are experiencing financial struggles.
