About Noah

So I have been doing Muay Thai for 15 years as well as Karate (which I have a 1st degree black belt in). Muay Thai is one of those things that just stuck around for me and something that I excelled at and something that I was very much drawn to! I have had some of the best coaches and training in California as well as the chance to fight around the bay area which was super cool! I am 26 years now and I train every evenings Monday through Friday and I take training very seriously. Although, it is important to incorperate fun in there as well. I make sure that every student has a basic knowledge of Muay Thai (which I will provide) before we begin any hands on training.

I love seeing the progress and work of students. It makes me feel very accomplished about the work I have put into teaching people and I love seeing everything that students learn while training with me!

I've been training in the martial arts field since I was seven years old! I'm very passionate about it and love to educate and teach people what I know!

About the lesson

With a new student, I always take my time to explain why we are doing what we're doing, my philosophy is stance and defense before any offense. I go over stance, head movement and hand placement. It is key to me and imperative that my students understand what they're doing and have a general knowledge of the techniques being applied and used
