About Murphy
As a current college student studying jazz trumpet at Michigan State University, I have been playing the trumpet for almost a decade and have been learning jazz style and improvisation for 5 years. I believe in an individualistic approach and that each student lesson plan should be tailored specifically to them. I will assess the student's current capability and personal goals to create a methodical system for the student's success. I am always open to feedback and will answer any questions with thought and care.
