About Lauren
We are the world's first sport, health, and fitness training organization that utilizes the science of human behavior and data analytics to coach and train individuals from age 6 & up.
Our coaches and trainers combine their experience as former NCAA and professional athletes in sports like Basketball, Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball, Gymnastics, Personal and Sports Performance Training, and Nutrition with being Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts to produce winning results for our clients of all ages and skill levels.

Lauren Kline, Sr. Program Manager is a former defender for the NCAA Division I Soccer powerhouse, Santa Clara University. She is also a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and Certified Nutritionist.
We are an organization that houses former NCAA/professional players and coaches who have a vast number of experience in the following:
Basketball, Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Gymnastics, Softball, Baseball, Track, Wrestling, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Agility, Nutrition, Sports Psychology, Pro Draft Prep, Personal Training, Behavior Modification
What separates us is that our world-class coaches are also Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts. The best in the world in using human behavior science and next-gen data analytics.

Our first session is always FREE. This will allow us to evaluate an appropriate training program that will accelerate the process of meeting individual goals
We have locations all over the country
Phoenix Metro, Washington DC Metro, New Orleans, San Diego, Houston, and more to come. We also provide virtual health and fitness training online at teamabawellness.com (Coming January 2021)
We work with clients from the age of 6 years old on up. We have consulted with the NBA, NFL, NCAA, as well as many applied behavior analysis agencies all over the country.
We have also worked with children and adults with special needs.

Truth be told I could probably list out 20 plus reasons why we continue to use TeamABA and are about to start our youngest child with them but at the end of the day it boils down to RESULTS. I wasn't necessarily a believer until I was able to go to my daughter's 5th game this season. She dominated the field! She's always been one of the top 3 players on her team but this year I'd be willing to say she's number 1. She's in shape, has improved ball control (still needs work but it's only been 90 days with TeamABA) and so confident that everything she does on the field just looks easy for her. I have recommended TeamABA 3 of her teammate's all of whom I've coached pre-club level soccer. So as a father (coach) who's coached his child's tournament winning Allstars little league soccer it 100% worth the money.
