About Melissa
My service stands out among other Nutritionist as our focus is building a healthy foundation with food FIRST before primarily focusing on Weight Loss.
Having a Healthy Relationship with Food is much like pouring the cement foundation during the construction of a home before building the rest of the house.
It creates a solid foundation for a lifetime of sustainability.
The thing I enjoy most about my work is the deep connection my clients and myself get to create. This deep connection is the catalyst for my clients growth. They get to learn how to find ALL THE ANSWERS they need regarding their Nutrition, inside of themselves.

My typical process is taking my clients through a 5 Phase Proven Method {Guilt Free Eating Method} I have created based on Personal Experience, Certifications, and Education.
I take each of my clients through this 5 Phase Proven Method over a 5 Month Period.
By the time client graduate from working with me, they:
> Trust themselves around food
> Feel in control of the food choices they make
> Are able to process their emotions without food
> Feel free from Food Guilt
> Are able to Master & Control their limiting thoughts
> Become a role model for their children's healthy food behaviors
> Increase sense of Confidence + Self-Worth
> Increase sense of Body Confidence
