About Aleksei
Have been a Russian language tutor since 1990 in Europe (Russia, Belarus, where is now located).High school diploma with the higest distinction, first university degree in international relations/Asian studies (cum laude) and international law from Moscow State Institute (University-MGIMO) of Russian Ministry of International Affairs (Moscow, Russia), Ph D program in political science/international relations in the same institution. Lectured in the US (Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, 1994) and at Birkbeck College of London University(London, UK) as a British Academy scholar in international development, 1996. Was E.Muskie graduate fellow (US-government sponsored program named after late US Senator Edmund Maskie) with GSPIA-Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, University of Pittsburgh in 2001-2002.Was a company lawyer in Moscow, Russia with the Dutch development and construction company in 1996-2000, regional coordinator of the IATP- Internet Access and Training program (US State Department sponsored program) in the Brest region of Belarus in 2000-2001. Was university lecturer in International Law, Political Science, and English in private and public universities in Belarus (s. 2002), coordinator of lots of international/EU educational and research projects with Brest State University in Belarus in 2007-2020: Erasmus Mundus/Erasmus+, TEMPUS, Jean Monnet programmes.
