About Paloma
In my experience of more than 15 years I have always paid extreme attention to facilitate the student's learning, creating a safe, familiar and relaxed environment. I am of the opinion that there is no boring subject, only teachers who do not look for ways to make different topics attractive. In my case, I strive to make a simple, enjoyable synthesis of the subjects.
I have excellent qualifications: a master's degree in bilingual translation, a law degree (JD) and a master's degree in history with a specialization in U.S. and Caribbean history.

First of all, ask the student what his or her needs are and what his or her short and long term goals are. Depending on the subject matter of the class, make a quick survey of the student's level of knowledge of the subject. Once this is done, start creating a simple, student-friendly system for summaries, best way to counteract discussion questions.
