About Anndra
While we paint, I share knowledge as a certified life coach, and encourage students to work through their shadow side with abstract art. Art therapy in a gentle setting meant to allow awakening and self discovery.

About the lesson

First two lessons we get to know you and your struggles, so I can better understand you to help you. We will put brush to canvas to let feelings out as we review. Two abstract pieces wil be completed while you express. These will be reviewed later on for insight. Then we get into the deep healing methods and try our hand at other art pieces of clients' choice.
I also can teach kids many arts and crafts, while gently teaching mindfulness, presence and releasing pent up emotions and anxieties into a canvas.
