About Maryam
Maryam has been painting from her childhood and for over 15 years she has worked as a professional artist. She has her PhD in chemistry. A chemist by vocation, she works for Southern University and A&M college as an adjunct-Professor and researcher, but painting has been her avocation for many years.
She believes that art can greatly enrich people’s lives, ultimately making the world a better place to live in. Her deep love for painting and teaching has made her spend most of her time sharing her passion and knowledge with others. She deeply believes in the principle that “Practice makes perfect” so she encourages everyone feeling a passion for painting to get involved, regardless of their age or artistic background.
Her Motto is “ Life is precious, so we should value its every moment “.
