About Kelly

I create impressionist work based off of the styles of Van Gogh and Claude Monet.

We will work with color theory, line stroaks, the type of mediums to use, the type of paintbrushes, and working with different styles of art to create beautiful pieces. We will also work off of master's studies.

I am an FGCU graduate with an Art minor, but I have over 8 years of painting experience.

I love being able to express my knowledge to my students to help them understand their style and color choices. I hope through my lessons they will be able to recognize their artistic ability and styles that they enjoy and have fun with it! :)

I took AP Art in High School and have graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with an Art Minor.

I am familiar with and partake in custom painting commissions for clients.

My strong suits are acrylic paint, oil paint, and watercolor paint.

I also am trained in Still-Life Drawing, Figure Drawing, and mediums such as graphite, charcoal, and chalk/oil pastels.

My most requested commissions are for pets and landscapes (my strongest suit).

About the lesson

1.) Through the inbox, we will discuss a schedule to begin lessons based on day/time.

2.) We will discuss the materials necessary to be prepared before the online session.

3.) We will discuss the best communication for reminders and notifications of upcoming lessons.

4.) We will also discuss goals for the lessons and special topics/mediums the student would like to focus on in order to best suit their interests and the lesson plans.
