About Michele

Students enjoy my step by step approach to painting with encouraging critiques to help them make their finished paintings pop! I tend to teach value studying the subject and teach how to use a good references to paint from . My simple process will be something a beginner can use well after they are done taking lessons from me to create their own paintings and express their own style.

I started painting rocks and small canvas’ as they didn’t feel overwhelming . When I discovered the therapeutic benefits of painting I started teaching at senior living place and at a local cancer center for those going through cancer treatments so they can experience those benefits .

I am a self taught artist and have a certification in art therapy. I have taken many art lessons at my local art club and currently am part of a global paint community online.
