About Alex

Want to workout with me? My in person training program is tailored to YOUR fitness goals. I will be accepting in person clients this year. I will be training at Redemption Fitness and Sports Perfromance. My programs include cardio, strength training, circuits, and more!

My goal is to help you feel confident in and out of the gym. I want to help you find the balance between your fitness goals and personal lift while still obtaining the body you love.

I am a certifed atheltic trainer with a medical license in the state of Ohio. This is my fourth year working with collegitate athletes. I have a Master's in Sports Pshycology as well. With my degree and license I am able to help with injry prevention and nutritional recommendations. I received my NASM CPT in March 2019 and have been training since.
