About Dashward

My name is Dash,

I am an athletic performance specialist (run faster/jump higher/get tired less) and strength and conditioning coach for all sports and athletes of all ages, I have and continue to work with athletes from new athletes with little to no experience to Seasoned athletes trying to get scholarship opportunities or those already going to the next level. After 3 years of running for Georgia southerns track club and a short stint at running semi pro track and field, I became a certified personal trainer as well as a certified nutritionist, boxing coach, human performance and injury prevention specialist. All of that sounds great, but what really makes a difference is being good to people. I believe my ability to make others feel like family while staying professional and having a good time while reaching a hard goal has helped me retain the clients I’ve had over the years. A lot of us know what we are talking about, but not everyone can properly articulate that to others while making sure they feel safe and secure.

These days you can find me at Moore Sports Performance in Alpharetta off exit 12, where I continue helping the development of youth athletes with science and proof based knowledge!
