About William

We have been in business since December 2008 when we started running boot camps Monday-Friday mornings at The Altamont School. In December 2009 we moved to our first rental property, The Mountain Brook Swim and Tennis Club. Five years later a move placed us in 2015 at the Shoppes of Crestwood on the ground floor behind the Crestwood Tavern and our last move has been since January 2017 at 5324 Oporto Madrid Blvd. So, we have been located in area for almost 12 years training clients. We know what neighboring clients want and how the training experience successful and fun!

We love what we do and the ZanyFitters we work for make the experience worth while. The hardest and most challenging times most definitely has been working through COVID-19. Our prices for personal training even before the pandemic has remained the same it was in 2015. We are taking more safety precautions through masking, cleaning/sanitizing, social distant, keeping workouts to no more than 5 in a group which includes the trainer and open only on appointment. Once again, We love what we do. We will help you achieve your goals!
