About Johnny O’s
Johnny O’s Gymnasium is the largest indoor/outdoor training facility in South Florida. That’s what we offer you at Johnny O’s Gymnasium, we have 10,000 ft.2 of field turf outdoors, come in for a free Boot Camp today! Johnny O’s Gymnasium has been designed to deliver results, whatever your goal for current fitness level. Weight loss? You’ll burn 500 to 800 cal per class. Our classes are challenging for every level of fitness. We also have the latest technology to keep your motivation hi, music and lighting to keep you
motivated and on track.
Our entire staff has over 100 years of combined experience.
At Johnny O’s Gymnasium we have several trainers that are highly qualified to work with all types of clients. From professional athletes right down to stay at home moms.

We have all types of students that we work with, from professional athletes and student athletes right down to a stay at home mom trying to lose 10 pounds.
Remember you are also doing the interviewing, ask questions and find out as much as you possibly can of what you're going to be doing and how long before you should see some results.
Our Saturday morning group classes are very high energy and informative.
