About Jared
As a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, my clients' goals are my first priority. I will be there every step of the way to help you achieve the results you are looking for. I will also travel to you since I know that life gets busy and my schedule is very flexible. My prices are very affordable and I can do in-person and online training.
With a background in fitness and health throughout my whole life, as well as collegiate lacrosse, I have a very good understanding about what works for specific clients and how to tailor and adjust my plans in order to produce the best results.
I pride myself on customer service and the community that I build with my clients through training. The best part of about helping people improve their mind and body is seeing the positive attitude and emotions that come with it.
I got started doing personal training because I have a burning passion for fitness and helping people regain control of their body. It is very rewarding to see someone transform their body and mind by practicing a healthy lifestyle.
I am certified by NASM as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

I give free consultations so we go over the clients fitness and nutrition goals while also getting to know each. If they decide to work with me, then we will go on to do an initial assessment. From there, we will start training with the appropriate workout program as soon as possible.
All types of students of all age groups. Athletes, beginners, middle aged, and into the 60+ crowd.
Make sure that the trainer can help you achieve your specific goals. Not every trainer is perfect for every client so it is important to make sure it is a good match before committing to a training package.
One of my clients had recently hit a new bench PR after going through a bench program I trained him through. The look on his face after smashing his new record was unbeatable.
