About Shellyon
I provide health and wellness coaching as well as personal training.
I’m a Certified Health/ Lifestyle Coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (Healthy Lifestyle Coaching). I'm also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Maxrevive Health was developed due to my passion for health fitness. And also to eliminate the constant struggle of switching careers every time my family and I have to move (military life).
I find it motivating to provide lifestyle coaching to help individuals set and reach their health goals with good eating habits and exercise for daily living.
I provide one-on-one coaching, online personal training as well as group coaching with losing weight, improve fitness as well as developing healthier relationships with food. My role is to help, support, and guide you to achieve your lifestyle transformation goals. My mission is to provide you with the inspiration and information to make positive changes to your health that can improve overall well-being.
