About Danielle
No More Hesitation LLC is a POC family owned virtual fitness and wellness business based out of Brooklyn, NY. No More Hesitation’s coaching style is based on an intuitive approach: we help motivate while encouraging you to listen to your body. Our mission is to empower those who would like to begin or continue their fitness and wellness journey. To provide the guidance and tools needed for you to flourish on your own. We offer a virtual space for one-on-one personal training sessions, fun group classes that will make you sweat as well as courses intended to heal the mind, body and soul. We proudly support the Black Lives Matter movement and the LGBTQ community. We do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, size nor fitness level. All are welcome here. Writing out workout plans, finding what works with an individual and catering it to their body and fitness level is so fulfilling. I would lose sleep for this any day knowing that I can help people reach their goals with their health and fitness. The fact that making positive changes in your lifestyle can prevent illnesses and injuries is beautifully motivating me to do the work I do.

The first lessons is usually to gauge where the student is to plan accordingly. I create a flexible plan based on the student's current level, goals and opportunities. I approach students with kindness and understanding to make sure they are always comfortable and heard.
