I take the new student through a assesment workout, discuss their fitness goals and make a action plan for them with short term goals

I have worked with regular people who just want to lose weight and get fit. I have also worked with bodybuilders and powerlifters who have started out amateur and have went on to become professional and I am still working with them now.
