About Jake
Hey, I’m Jake.
I help people lift smarter, get stronger, and move better without spending their whole life in the gym.
If you’re tired of wasting time on random workouts that don’t get you results, frustrated with nagging injuries, or just can't figure out how to lose those last 10lbs, I’ve been there.
I coach in a way that cuts out the fluff. We focus on the basics done very well: proper form, smart programming, and building real strength that carries over to everyday life.
I’ve helped clients build muscle, lose weight, get out of pain, and finally feel good in their bodies again.
