Step 2: We like to do a short presentation to go over how we help people achieve their health and fitness goals. There are a lot of gym and trainers out there, we will show what sets us apart.

Step 3: If at one of our locations, do a tour of the gym

Step 4: Go over pricing, options, and answer any questions.

Step 5: Get you started and assign the best trainer for the client’s needs.
