About Charles

Zhen Ren Chuan is a martial and healing arts system that offers a complete education in the study of the human mind and body. It encompasses correct and well balanced exercises, movements and forms that date back hundreds and thousands of years. The core of Zhen Ren Chuan's movement and philosophy comes from the arts of Baguazhang, Chinese Shaolin/White Crane Gong Fu (Kung Fu), Taiji (Tai Chi), Muay Thai Striking and Qi Gong (Chi Kung). Lessons are from ages 5 to 101.

Alton Street Boxing & Fitness is a certified TEAM USA Boxing facility, we specialize in Olympic Style Boxing and Cardio Bags/Kickboxing/Functional Fitness lessons for Mature Teens and Adults.

Each of these disciplines is reinforced through the practice of meditation. You will learn how to visualize the changes you wish in your life.

I am fullfilled and serene as I joyfully create an expanding community of people who are self aware. Together we are experiencing the connection between mind and body. We are achieving these results through strenuous physical movement, directing our thoughts, channelling our emotion and harmonizing the mind, body and spirit connection through meditation. If you are serious about changing your reality, our school is the place for you.

25 years ago my son asked to begin trainimng. I started a minth later and have never stopped.

I continue my education as a Martial Artist and as a Certified USA Boxing Coach. The continuing education process includes my daily practice as well as my continued training session with my mentors.

About the lesson

We set up a private evaluation at no cost to the students. After that they may try a lesson at no cost to them.

I work with young students to mature retirees. The goal is the same-to help people improve their lives through this training!
