About Frank

We have over 30 years of experience with personal training and Boot Camp training.

We have won the only Forbes 5 Star International Award for Excellence and we have won it 4 years in a row.

Our focus is on providing customized fitness programming for each of our clients, that includes nutrition and recovery help.

I love helping out people that have a definite goal or need for being in better shape because I get a chance to really make a difference in their lives. Our system of fitness training has proven to help improve the lives of the people that we work with, to improve their mobility and quality of life, and that is what gives me great satisfaction.

I have been fitness training people since 1990 and have my degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics from the University of Michigan. I also hold several personal training certifications and have hired and trained over 400 fitness professionals over that time. I have owned my own business since 2003 and have helped thousands of people improve their lives with our branded fitness training since then.

About the lesson

We do a FREE Consult and Training session for everyone new so that they can get to know us and we can gather data on what they can and can't do so that we can create a custom package for them. There is no obligation to buy anything after the FREE Consult and Training session.
