About Angela
I bring the fun back into fitness. At Superior Body Transformation its about helping you become A Superior You! I do this through the art of Pilates, Holistic Health and Nutrition, and Personal Training. Mixing high intensity training with core along with weights and of course the right recipe for nutrition and mental wellbeing really helps you see what your mind and body is capable of.
To ensure I am fully qualified to get you the results you desire I have invested my time and energy into getting comprehensively certified in Pilates, Personal Training and Holistic Health Coaching.

Many of my students have been 30 - 65 years young. However I have instructed and trained as young as 11 and as beautified as 78. Each client is individual with his/her own needs and ailements we are working on.
