About Martha

I am certified Aerobics and Fitness Group Exercice, Personal Core Trainner, Step Cardio, Kickboxing, Mat Work piyo, and recently Strong by zumba( HIIT). Also I am Celular Nutrition Licend Coach.

I have an amazing entusiastic team of coaches. We love to give healthy results to our customers that become our friends and our close friends.

We like to know exactly what the people want, why and what is the obstacle that place our client out of his goal. Then we love to evaluate their body composition by scaner to see exactly how are doing with nutrition and physical activity. Next we explane they personalized plan and easy way to follow, being motivate and focuse.

I enjoy to help people's life, especially to teach people to apreciate and take care of them self, showing the safe and smartest way to transform the body, I love to wake a lifestyle conciest and encourage them to take litle changes that are need to do, to achieve their goals.
