About Michael
MCs HIIT HOUSE is a home based gym that uses circuit based workouts designed to achieve weight loss, muscle strength, and cardio endurance. I am a 5 year NASM certified personal trainer with certifications in nutrition and cardio kickboxing. Come by for a workout. 1 session is on the house!!
I'm a 3 year Certified Personal Trainer through the National Acadmy of Sports Medicine as well as a Certified Kickboxologist, and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Currently I'm studying for my next certification in Sports Nutrition Coaching.

First session is free. More of introduction to the program to see if it's something you could do a few times per week. Assements to find any muscle imbalances or areas of opportunity. We go over fitness goals and proper time frames for achieving those goals. After completion of initial workout we can talk about the pricing and scheduling the next sessions.
