Hi, I am a very goal oriented person. Your fitness goals are also mine for you! You won't get cookie cutter workout programs from Balance Personal Training LLC. - Debbie. Each program is designed especially with your specific goals in mind. We also include an online nutrition component which is powered by ProCoach. Nutrition is a HUGE component in your success. I love training my clients and I enjoy every other aspect associated with having a gym and personal training business. To help someone achieve their personal health and wellness goals is not only very rewarding but an honor. But it doesn't stop there. I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and I still have the passion for it! My goal is to keep learning so that my clients can experience as many new wins as possible. My qualifications/certs: National Certifications: NESTA Personal Trainer, ACE Group Exercise, TRX, SPINNING Level 3, Precision Nutrition 1.

I was a student in group exercise, became certified in Group EX. Over the years I added more certs one of which was Personal Training.

National Certifications:

ACE - Group Fitness

SPINNING III - Indoor Cycling

TRX - Group Certification

Kettlebell - Trained by a Trainer/competitor

About the lesson

a) We discuss goals, timelines, modes of exercise etc.

b) Workout programs are created for the individual as per the answers to the discussion.

c) A workout schedule is created and agreed to.

d) In addition to workouts a nutrition component is included.

3) We start at the level of the client and move forward according to their ability.

4) Fitness and Body Comps are taken on a regular timeline.

* Females with weight loss and fitness goals

* Males with weight loss and fitness goals

* Competitive nationally ranked swimmer

Always do your due diligence! Ensure trainers have national certifications, CPR, experience is a perk. If they are not on display check them out via the internet. Obtain reccomendations from previous clients.
