About Debbie

I have been a personal trainer for 30 years. I first got started because of personal health issues. I was diagnosed with MS at age 25.. and had been struggling with the symptoms associated with MS since age 9. I have since overcome and healed myself of MS and help others heal from their health issues. I have developed an exercise program and breathing technique... written a book... with more books on the way. I help people look at things differently... and I pride myself in knowing what's best for my students/clients... and in the process they become their own best navigator of their healing journey... and don't rely so much on me.

I enjoy the ah ha moments when individuals get it. I enjoy making an individual's life just a little bit easier. Life is suppose to be happy... but a lot of us tend to get in there and complicate things. I guess I help to simplify things for people. The truth is... life is simple... and I enjoy breaking that down for people.

There was a need to heal myself... and then I began attracting individual that had some issue that they needed to overcome.

About the lesson

I work with them by phone or internet. Each situation varies depending on the individual needs of the person. I customize to the client.. and don't have any preconceived notions going in.. that way I can really listen to what they want and need.

A wide variety... I have found that everything is connected. You must have balance in all areas of your life. If you are having health issues... you are usually going to have to address your spiritual or emotional side as well... or it won't stay healed.

Go with your heart. Your heart knows even if you don't think you do. AND it has to be mutual... If someone wants to work with me... if I don't feel it's right... I will not work with them.

I am really fond of the distance healings that I do... it feels so good to help individuals in this way.
