As an Air Force Veteran I understand the importance of taking care of not only your physical health but your mental health as well. So I encompasses a wellness as whole approach within her training, emphasizing on the importance of taking care of your mind, body, & spirit.

Seeing my clients implement small changes into their routine that makes fitness sustainable for them and in turn getting big results. There is nothing more rewarding than guiding someone in their fitness journey and watching them grow and flourish in all aspects of their lives.
I was selected for the Air Forces Physical Training Leader program where we helped people who were having a hard time meeting the Physical Fitness Test standards of the Air Force. This meant creating plans that helped individuals lose weight, or better their run time, or overall strength. This is where I found my love for helping people reach their fitness goals!

About the lesson

Typically, I start with body weight exercises making sure their form is correct. Then we transition to weight training with more dynamic movements. As far as nutrition, I teach my clients how to track their macros, I feel that this is a more sustainable approach than giving them a strict meal plan. Then in time we transition them to intuitive eating once they feel ready. My goal is to give my clients the tools they need to make lifestyle changes.
