About Louis

You have found your Training Partner! Through customized training systems and utilizing leading-edge hazard and risk mitigation practices, we specialize in the creation and implementation of personal, employee, and business safety, security, and emergency response systems. Systems for corporate safety training, employee self-protection training, confrontation management/resolution and training system development. By listening to your personal or business concerns and goals, and performing a comprehensive risk and outcome assessment, I will build an ongoing program that is custom suited for your needs and to achieve the goals that will lead to your success!

After teaching safety to companies for 14 plus years, I decided to join together my passion for keeping people safe and my love of wellness, and provide a valuable service to individuals, families, and businesses. As a Certified Krav Maga Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, Corporate Wellness Designer, Confrontation Resolution Coach, and Corporate Safety Trainer, it is my personal and business mission to guide you, your company and family to be safer by creating a Safety Improvement System that will take your personal and business relationships to the next level!

The staff at Practical Training Systems has a diverse educational background and a wealth of practical training.

Louis Charron is the Owner and Lead Trainer. His mission is to have people learn a practical, secure, and methodically evolved way of working and living safely. His background includes pursuant of a Masters of Occupational Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University, Confrontation Resolution Coach, Certified Krav Maga Instructor - International Krav Maga Federation (former Louisiana Director), Certified Personal Trainer, Corporate Wellness Designer, and Corporate Safety Trainer.

About the lesson

Working with Practical Training Systems means that you will need to dig deep on a mental and physical level to get the results you want. The training starts with some important questions:

What specifically drives you to do this training? What are your desired outcomes from the training? Will you or your group be open to changing your ways of thinking about certain types of events and behaviors? Are you willing to practice what you learn for at least 20 minutes 4 times a week?

After finding out the answers to these and a few other questions, we then set up a training system and schedule that is custom designed for your needs, risks, hazards, situation, and circumstances. Then the training begins!
