About Luis

I'm a college tennis player, who was worked out most of his life. I specialize in tennis preparation, so I can offer personalized plans that adhere to all levels of players in order to maximize their skills. However, I also work with physical conditioning, meaning I can also help any person with workout plans to stay fit, become more explosive in case of athletes, or start a healthier life through exercise and a better diet.

I currently play Tennis for Florida National University. I have worked giving Tennis lessons back in my homecountry, Venezuela, since 2018. I'm capable of working private, group and clinic lessons of Tennis, as well as working as a sparring partner if required by a client. I'm also well prepared when it comes to the Personal training scope.

I love helping out people, as an example when I was smaller I used to teach Maths, Chemistry and other subjects to my friends in school to help them pass their classes. Then as I grew up a little bit more I decided to try out giving Tennis lessons to pass on the teachings that have been given to me. Afterwards, I decided to expand into personal training too.

As I already mentioned, I am currently playing college tennis at Florida National University. College sports are second only to professional sports in terms of skill level, meaning I am well prepared when it comes to technique and strategies. Not only in practice but only in theory, I am well prepared to give lessons, this is because I have also been coaching since 2018, meaning I know several methods to teach stuff in order to stay creative and dynamic.

About the lesson

In the case of tennis it depends on the skill level of the player, first analyzing that. After understanding the capacities of the player we get into the first lesson which would range from teaching the most basic techniques to the most complicated strategies, as well depending on the level of the player.

In the case of Personal training, also based on the level of the client I organize a workout plan that goes along the capabilities and goals of that specific person, in order to maximize gains and minimize injuries.

I have worked with clients of all ages, ranging from little kids of 4 years old, to older people of around 65 years old.

Details

My rates usually are:

-60$ private lesson for 1 person (rate depends on the number of people for a group lesson).

-50$ an hour as a Tennis sparring partner.

-25$ per person on a Tennis clinic (usually organized for more than 5 people)

-40$ an hour of in person personal training.

-Rates for workout plans depends on many things, so I would have to personally address it with the client.
