About Erwin & Liliana
We are a private family owned and operated Personal Training & Pilates Studio catering to all ages and fitness levels. Our services are a combination of both Traditional Strength & Functional Training. We've been helping the community of Downey for over 15 years reach their health and fitness goals!
We are Certified in Personal Training by The American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and Stott Certified in Pilates.

We are certified thru ACE and Stott. Annually we attend workshops to make sure our certifications stay current and we stay up to date in our respective field.

We take our new students thru a health and fitness evaluation. We go over all goals, health issues and injuries~which enables us to customize a proper workout plan to each clients needs.
When looking for a teacher it is important to pair up with a teacher that is not only fully certified, both has the experience of working with clients with your particular goals and needs.

I am a former physical education teacher and when it came time to choose a trainer I was looking for someone with lots of an experience and knowledge. Erwin feels both of these categories and he pays attention to the details to make sure that your training safely and productively. He also has that positive attitude every day to keep you motivated and working hard.
The care and personal attention to details . I always feel energized after my session!!
