I use the training and lessons learned from my play professionally and the certifications from NASM, to assist clients in reaching their goals.

I started by only training athletes and one client's mom asked me to help her lose weight for an upcoming wedding. Things just took off from there.

Deadly! Very good experience. Very experienced and knowledgeable coach with good soft skills for young kids.
Deadly! I wanted someone knowledgeable to create an exercise program to help meet get back into shape. Larry with Hegemony Training Corp responded to my inquiry very quickly. I like that he meets me at my gym so that I can repeat workouts on my own. He is professional, very encouraging, and keeps the workouts interesting.
